If the buyer chooses the "Media Mail (Without Insurance)" option as their shipping method, Geistraum Records is not responsible for any item lost or damaged once USPS is in possession of the item(s). Any such item(s) lost or damaged while in the possession of USPS will not be refunded or replaced.
Bigcartel does not offer shipping pricing that is updated in real-time by carriers, which leads to shipping estimates which are higher than a buyer might expect. Any significant overages in shipping will be refunded to the buyer.
